UK Shipping
- Standard economy shipping cost FREE for orders over £70
- Orders under £70 its £4.99
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Myhermes will be delivered in 2 - 4 working days.
USA Shipping
- Standard Shipping (5-21 days) Cost £10
All orders are dispatched via our international delivery partner.
Europe
- Standard Shipping (5-14 working days) cost £10
- Free shipping on orders over £80

Delivery Terms:
Orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day, order received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practically possible.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)
What if I’m not home?
You can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions of where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.
When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that your courier tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day.
On the card will be instructions on the other options available to collect your parcel, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.
Damaged products
Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge.
To report a damaged product please email us at delivery@gaiatribe.co.
Returns:
If you decide you do not want any item in your order then you can return it to us within 30 days provided that it is un-open and in the same condition in which it arrived. We will issue you a full refund for the item or an exchange. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.

All our orders are processed and dispatched from our HQ in London and via our fulfilment partner Huboo.
Where is my order shipping from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom. Domestic orders are delivered Royal Mail, Hermes with Priority Shipping in 2-7 business days. International shipments are shipped in 5-10 business days; expected delivery time with customs and shipping times, can be an additional 2-14 business days, depending on your country.
I used an old address when I placed my order, what do I do?
Let's face it, we all make mistakes! Shoot our support department an email at delivery@gaiatribe.co, and we'll help you figure this out right away.
If I order from an international country, will I be charged a customs tax upon receiving my GaiaTribe order?
The shipping amount that we charge is solely for the shipping method. Each country's regulations are different so there is a chance that you may get charged duties or customs fees. GaiaTribe is not responsible for any duties or custom fees imposed by the recipient's country.
Where are your products manufactured?
All products are manufactured in the UNITED KINGDOM in GMP FSA Inspected Facilities.
