Peanut butter has become a staple ingredient among smoothie enthusiasts. As far as we're concerned, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Ingredients
🥜 1 large banana (sliced, frozen - optional)
🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter
🥜 2 scoops of GaiaMeal (chocolate or mixed berry)
🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter
🥜 2 scoops of GaiaMeal (chocolate or mixed berry)
🥜 400ml of cold water or plant-based milk (I prefer oat milk)
🥜 1or 2 cubs of ice (optional)

🥜 Add water or milk to the blender and then the rest. Blend all for good 10-15 seconds.
