Superfoods Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl

A light yet filling yogurt bowl great for breakfast or snacking that comes together in minutes. No cooking or chopping required.

Breakfast is such a tricky meal. It is one that I truly love, especially the full blown gourmet breakfast spread. Which is why I also adore brunch. I like all the things, available together, satisfying every flavor profile. 

Because flavour is everything. Breakfast should be no different, but time gets in the way. Convenience often wins out. But we can’t always sacrifice convenience for health either, so we have to find a happy medium.

Healthy Superfoods Yogurt Bowl


  • 2 ts chia seeds
  • 2 ts poppy seeds
  • 1 scoop of GaiaMeal (mixed berry)
  • Few almonds
  • 1 glass of almond milk
  • Pinch of blue Spirulina
  • Pinch of matcha powder
  • Pinch of beetroot powder



Step 1

Mix seeds, GaiaMeal superfoods meal with almond milk and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

In the morning mix seeds and almond milk mix with greek yogurt. Then equally divide the mix into 3 different glasses or cups.

Mix blue spirulina with glass 1, mix matcha powder with glass 2 and lastly mix beetroot powder with glass 3.

Now you have 3 colourful superfoods meal ready for the final step.

Step 3

The final steps is to add each mixture into a bowl, top it with some fresh blueberries, and coconut flakes and enjoy.
